- Pickup at PDX airport and chauffeur you to your hotel (pre-approval of loan required)
- Suggest a local Mortgage Broker for Pre-Approval and Loan servicing
- Discounted rates at Top Hotels while visiting Portland to view potential homes
- Pickup at hotel morning of showings and eat breakfast together at local restaurant
- View on average 2-5 homes pre-selected by Realtor (with input from you)
- Write an offer on your New Home (exciting part)
- Negotiate a fair purchase price on your behalf
- Schedule and coordinate home inspections (since you’re living elsewhere)
- You’ll be responsible for paying for the inspection, but The Holbert Group will get an invoice from inspector and email it to you along with the address to send inspection check/checks (home, sewer scope, radon, etc.)
- Continually communicate through entire process (critical part of our service)
- Provide a list of schools in your home’s district along with registration procedures and school contacts
- Provide a list of your home’s municipalities so it’s easier for you to contact the right vendors to setup power, water, gas, etc.
- Make sure your home purchase moves forward (pretty important part since you’re moving)
